Venture investment in mobility tech surged in Q2 2025—but the headline numbers tell only part of the story. Deal value spiked 614% QoQ to $21.4 billion, thanks largely to two mega-rounds: Scale AI’s $14.8 billion raise and World View’s $2.6 billion deal. Stripping those out, mobility tech still showed resilience with $4.5 billion in deal value, a 50% rebound from Q1’s trough, although activity remains far below 2024 levels.
