“There has been significant focus from policymakers over many years in relation to the widening access and participation agenda, ensuring higher education is open to all with the potential to get there, but it is striking how there has been far less attention on the other end of the pipeline as to how we can best ensure that there is effective connecting of our talented graduates with the opportunities that lie beyond their time at university. It means understanding how to build strategic rel
