Figures released from KPMG UK's 2024Fraud Barometer, which records allegedfraud cases with a value of £100k andabove, revealed that the total value offraud cases being heard in UK CrownCourts has declined for the second yearin a row. Total fraud walue decreasedby 54% from £992.9 million in 2023to £453.2 million in 2024.This decreaseis partly driven by a single super casein 2023 with a value of £416 million.
