Universum, a global Employer Branding agency, surveys university students and professionals each year to understand attitudes about careers, employers, and work life. For this study, we surveyed 1,314 students and professionals in 11 countries during January and February 2023 to determine the severity of the current downturn, its impact on job seeking, and the actions employers should take to achieve positions of strength in a challenging economy.
