欧洲疾控中心：2025年公共卫生威胁的准备计划建议报告（英文版）

This document aims to provide public health authorities in the European Union/European Economic Area (EU/EEA) with guidance when they are revising or developing their preparedness plans to respond to public health threats. Its main aim is to translate the lessons that have been identified through various activities in the context of multiple recent public health crises (e.g. the COVID-19 pandemic, the mpox multi-country outbreak 2022–23) to concrete advice. This document, together with ECDC’s
