The GDCE produced and validated its policy documents and a procedural framework forinvestigations program based on FAD inputs'. lt requested FAD support for developing a trainingprogram and providing a train-the-trainer type training on the implementation of the investig ation programaimed at equipping GDCE staff at GDCE headquarters and major border posts. The training was provided byFAD expert, Peter Nash, at the Customs National School from April 8 to 11, 2024.
