This report is aimed at a wide audience. It will be of use both to UK universities who are at an early stage of developing TNE partnerships and to UK TNE providers with greater experience. The report may also be of interest and use to the international community. The first section looks at partnership scoping and development; section two explores specific dimensions of risk and how universities might work to mitigate against those; and section three highlights good practice when monitoring an
