Jharkhand’s energy transition presents a significant opportunity to reshape the state’s employment landscape by creating a substantial number of green jobs across clean power, clean mobility, and green molecules sectors. However, achieving this requires substantial private-sector investment.This report introduces two scenarios—Ambitious Policy Scenario (APS) and Accelerated Green Transition Scenario (AGTS)—developed by Climate Policy Initiative (CPI) to estimate green job creation in Jharkhan
