This study is part of the UNDP and UN Women Gender Justice Platform, made possible by the generous contribution from the Government of The Netherlands and The Government of the Federal Republic of Germany to UNDP’s Global Programme for Strengthening the Rule of Law, Human Rights, Justice and Security for Sustainable Peace and Development. The study was based on the research developed by two independent consultants: Lucianna Thuo and J. Jarpa Dawuni (PhD) from August 2021 until November 2021.
