In fact, 85% of students who have earned a micro-credential say it improves job prospects, and 91% believe it will help them succeed once employed. Ninety percent of employers are also willing to offer higher starting salaries—often 10–15% more—for candidates with recognized or credit-bearing credentials. Plus, 96% agree that
