The economy has stabilized, recording four quarters of growth, after critical structural and policy reforms. However, the recovery remains fragile and is predicated on continued macroeconomic stability, a successful debt restructuring, and sustained structural reforms that can strengthen prospects for medium-term growth and poverty reduction. The economy grew by 5 percent (year-on-year, y-o-y) in H1 2024, and external balances improved. Growth was driven by a rebound in the industrial sector,
