Equality and non-discrimination are fundamental rights. Every one of us has the right to be treated in an equal way without fear of being discriminated against. The aim of the survey was to find out what the current state of equality and nondiscrimination is in the Finnish music industry and how it has developed in recent years. In addition, the aim was to investigate the impacts of equality and nondiscrimination on the future development and opportunities of the industry on the whole. The re
