This report analyzes point of sale (POS) growth rates of 40 top beauty brands included in the inaugural 2023 SeeMe Index for Beauty to determine whether more inclusive brands grow faster than their less inclusive counterparts. Standardizing inclusivity measurement across brands in an industry creates the opportunity to establish benchmarks and raise the bar for the entire industry. To determine which 40 brands were in SeeMe’s inaugural index, we utilized the following resources: Women’s Wear
