In Q4 2023, the Dutch economy experienced a modest recovery, with GDP growing by 0.4% QoQ. This growth was primarily driven by increased household consumption. On an annual basis, GDP grew 0.9% in 2024, which is in line with the average for the European Union. Since turning negative in October 2023, inflation has steadily risen in the Netherlands and reached an 18-month high of 3.9%, more than a percentage point higher than the European Union average. Unemployment remains one of the lowest in
