Where do you see technology making the biggest impact in the public sector? David Knott: There are four major areas where technology is making a difference. First is citizen services. The public expects services that are digital, convenient, and reliable. Technology is how we meet those expectations at scale. Second is productivity. We want to help public servants concentrate on value-adding work. If we can automate the routine stuff, then teachers, police officers, nurses, and civil servants
