Foundry’s 10th Customer Engagement Study of 843 IT decision-makers (ITDMs) found some notable and even dramatic differences in the attitudes of the youngest IT buyers compared to their more senior peers. Older buyers expressed more skepticism about vendor content than their younger colleagues, who are more open to consuming vendor-supplied resources.
