The 2025 Gender Report presents the latest data showing progress made towards achieving gender parity across all levels of education. A companion to the 2024/5 GEM Report, Lead for Learning, this gender edition shows that, despite the strides in gender equality in education access and learning, gender disparities persist globally across primary, secondary and tertiary education institutions, and policy making bodies. Notably, women
