Yokohama, a city with high levels of balance despite being a large metropolis, maintained its position in the top three this year. Particularly, the city’s rating in the "Business Environment" aspect of the Economy & Business improved due to high evaluations in the Flexible Work Style Implementation Rate. Although it ceded the top position in the Number of International Conferences and Exhibitions Held to Kyoto, Yokohama raised its score in the Number and Rating of Tourist Attra
