The Milliman 100 companies are the 100 U.S. public companies with the largest DB pension plan assets for which a 2024 annual report was released by March 10, 2025. The plans in this study represent employers across multiple business sectors, including communications, healthcare, ncial services, industrials, energy,technology, utilities, and others.The total value of the pension plan assets of the Milliman 100 companies was $1.26 trillion at the end of FY2024.
