The first stage of the research consisted of 12 focus groups across Singapore, Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur between 23 and 27 May 2016. The groups were split by age (18-25 and 26-35 year olds) and restricted to those people who are holders of a bank account and a smartphone. This was followed by the quantitative
