ADB亚洲开发银行：2025年通过孟加拉国的技术和职业教育与培训建立社区复原力报告（英文版）

The Government of Bangladesh has identified developing skills, knowledge, and human capital as one of its core strategies for building resilience and tackling climate change. Its National Adaptation Plan 2023–2050 includes six core goals, one of which focuses on transformative capacity-building and innovation for climate change adaptation, to equip its population with “better abilities, skills and understanding to address climate issues in a holistic, inclusive, feasible and sustainable way.”
