The overall U.S. investment sales market recorded 12,458 transactions valued at $182.4 billion in total dollar volume in the first half of the year. When compared to H1 2024, there was a 15.2% and 25.2% increase, respectively. When annualizing the first half of this year, 2025 is on pace to see a 1.0% decrease in sales and 6.6% decrease in volume compared to 2024.
