VC activity in mobility tech signaled continued caution throughout Q1 2024. The total deal value of $6.0 billion was down 19.3% QoQ. The overall deal count of 173 reflected a 24.1% decline QoQ. On a YoY basis, deal value rose modestly, up 5.7%, while deal count declined 30.5%. The top 10 deals accounted for nearly two-thirds of the overall deal value in the quarter.
