Our most popular workshop allows participants to learn how government and policy making work, explore routes to policy engagement and practise communicating with policy makers. It combines interactive presentations with activities that allow participants to apply learning directly to their own research areas. This workshop works best in-person (suggested maximum 20 people) and is suitable for researchers of all levels. No previous experience of policy engagement is necessary.
