It’s no surprise that artificial intelligence (AI) has dominated the minds—and wallets—of IT leaders this year, and with greater expectations for next year. For the second year in a row, “integrating AI” is the frontrunner as a top priority. Forty-two percent of IT leaders say that solving the problem of integrating AI would make the biggest difference to their organization. In fact, over the next two to three years, 74% anticipate they will be using more AI than they are using this year. Alt
