It’s clear geographic proximity drives Indonesian student decision-making. 51% of Indonesian students are considering studying in Australia, far higher than the global average (21%). While other English-speaking destinations are popular, the UK, the US and Canada are all of less interest to Indonesian students than the global average. In contrast, Japan and Singapore are of greater interest.
