FAO联合国粮农组织：2024年12月PIC通告LX（60）（英文版）

The PIC Circular is a key document under the Rotterdam Convention, both for the operation of the Prior Informed Consent (PIC) procedure and as a mechanism for the exchange of information. It is published in June and December in English, French and Spanish. It is done jointly with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) Secretariat of the Basel, Rotterdam and Stockholm Conventions in Geneva. It directly supports SO2.3.1-stakeholders in implementing international instruments.
