The hydrometeorological institute of Bosnia Herzegovina warned on the 3rd of October for heavy rain fall in the whole central and southern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Heavy torrential hit the central and southern Bosnia as of the 3rd of October, with, in a timespan of less than 24 hours, locally >200 mm of rain.
