South Asia remains one of the world’s most climate-vulnerable regions, with countries such as Bangladesh, India, Nepal, and Pakistan frequently ranking among the ten most affected nations according to the Global Climate Risk Index. These four countries together represent more than 95% of the South Asian land mass and population and is representative of the region. Therefore, this regional guidance was developed based on the learning from these four countries. The impacts of climate change in
