The table in Figure 2 on page 4 summarizes the estimated U.S. average 2025 transplant costs PMPM for the under age 65 and age 65 and over populations, based on the product of utilization and billed charges. The table in Figure 3 summarizes the estimated U.S. average 2025 billed charges per transplant. The estimated billed charges and resulting cost PMPM estimates in this report may not be the actual amounts paid for transplant services, as discussed further in Section 4 of this report below.
