Since 2018, nearly 600,000 dockless scooters, bikes and mopeds have been deployed, taking the total to 850,000 shared vehicles by the end of 2022. Over the course of last year, nearly 200 new shared mobility services were launched, contributing to a record 550 million trips being made across the continent, creating some €3.1 billion in revenue from end-users. Despite the evident appetite for these new mobility services, the future of the industry remains uncertain. The huge influx of capit
