In 2023, revenue returned to growth of 3.9% after a post-COVID drop in the previous year. The revenue is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR 2025-2028) of 5.8%, resulting in a projected market volume of US$192.6 billion by 2028. With an expected increase of 6.6% in 2025, the UK eCommerce market will contribute to the global growth rate of 9.8% in 2025.
