Occupier activity was modest inH1 2024, with take-up totalling91,445 sq ft. This reflects a 15% fallyear-on-year and is 36%6 below the5-year H1 average for Aberdeen.The largest occupier deal tocomplete was the 6,990 sq ft lettingat the H1 Building, Hill of Rubislawto Reach Subsea.The energy and utilities sector hasconsistently been the most activeoccupier group. The frst half of2024 has been no different, withthe sector accounting for 42% ofspace leased and nearly a third ofall transactions.<
