Responsible artificial intelligence (AI) – the practice of developing and managing AI systems that maximize benefits and minimize the risks they pose to people, society and the environment1 – is fundamental to sustainable innovation. Many organizations report benefits from implementing responsible AI, including improved efficiency and enhanced customer trust.2 Despite this, research has found that less than 1% of organizations have fully operationalized responsible AI in a comprehensive and a
