The most notable trend this year is a positive one. Some student surveys are useful because they provide a snapshot. Other student surveys are useful because they provide a longitudinal set of information that enables deep and meaningful comparisons over time. This Survey is different because, over the 18 years since it began, the HEPI / Advance HE Student Academic Experience Survey (SAES) has fulfilled both these roles simultaneously.
