Fighting corruption is a shared responsibility that requires a coordinated, multi-stakeholder response. The public and private sectors, civil society, academia and other actors each have complementary roles to play in preventing and combating it. This paper explores governments’ role in fostering, facilitating and engaging in anti-corruption collective action initiatives.
