The Ninety-ninth report of the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA) meeting, Geneva, 11–20 June 2024.
The report represents JECFA evaluation of technical, toxicological and epidemiological data, including the occurrence of and dietary exposure of the food additive butterfly pea flower extract, natamycin A, nisin, and polyglycerol esters of fatty acids and four processing aids (enzymes) and revised the specifications for ten flavouring agents.
