Headline workforce shortages do not adequately capture the skills mismatch within FTB industries and occupations. Some of this mismatch can be alleviated by workforce transitions and upskilling, but there remains a challenge in getting the right skills across FTB industries and occupations. The underlying skills shortage within FTB industries and occupations can be better understood through skills-based workforce analysis. This is done by mapping the supply and demand of each role to a skills
