The agrifood sector is crucial for growth, food security, and rural livelihoods throughout Asia; however, smallholder farmers often face challenges due to limited market access, fragmented supply chains, and imbalanced profit distribution. This report provides a framework for change, emphasizing how productivity gainsharing can help transform agriculture throughout the region. This report examines 10 APO members, highlighting that collaboration and innovation in farmer–producer organizations
