The right policies and incentives can help to maximize the quantity and quality of funds flowing to Asia’s social sector. With private wealth increasing throughout the region, so is the potential for capital to be deployed for social good. If Asians were to match the United States in terms of philanthropic spend by donating the equivalent of 2% of their gross domestic product (GDP
