The Noor Complex is one of the largest solar installations in the world.The concentrated solar PV and storage plant was built in four stagesbetween 2013 and 2018.lt began with a 160 MW phase and expandedwith three additional stages that added 200 MW, 150 MW, and 70 MW,bringing total capacity to 580 MW. Ouarzazate's solar potential is exceptionally high. lt receives around 3,000hours of sunlight annually. Located near the Sahara Desert and the HighAtlas Mountains, it also benefits from bot
