This study examines the importance of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) factors for insurance customers and their influence on decision-making processes within the insurance sector. Specifically, it analyzes how customers consider ESG aspects (such as environmental protection, social responsibility, and responsible corporate governance) when selecting insurance products. For this purpose, a total of 7040 data points were collected from 6 countries, each representative of the respective
