A notable European deal (in addition to the Metro deal mentioned on the previous page) was Prada’s $1.4 billion acquisition of Gianni Versace, an Italian based designer and manufacturer of high-end designer clothing, in April 2025. North America was the second most active with 168 transactions and all other regions combined for a total of 110 deals.
