The convenience channel experienced strong dollar growth in 2023, which outpaced MULO for total store and all top sales categories. The MULO YOY increase in PPU was higher, but c-store made up for the difference with better performance in YOY units sold. While other retail channels outpaced convenience in trip growth, c-store sales benefited from a YOY increase in units-per-trip while other channels decreased for the year.
